QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

ATA Freight is an U.S. based global logistics provider with its own offices in USA, INDIA,TURKEY, CHINA, MEXICO and RUSSIA. We are a certified NVOCC, one of the first members of C-TPAT, as well as IATA and FIATA members.

We are now looking for a Global Budget and Reporting Manager who will be responsible for the following:

  • Bachelor's degree,
  • Minimum 5 years demonstrating experience in budget and reporting field in a multinational environment,
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and a BI Tool and knowledge of ERP systems,
  • Excellent communicator, ambitious and proactive,
  • Self-starter requiring minimal supervision,
  • Proactive and innovative with continuous learning mentality seeking to expand existing skillset,
  • No travel restrictions,
  • No military obligation for male candidates.


JOB PROFILE:

This position will play a critical role in defining and executing ATA’s analytics, vision and roadmap by diving deep into data to provide insights that will help drive revenue growth, achieve cost savings, and improve efficiency. This role will report directly into Global CFO and interact with a broad range of teams, including Sales, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Human Resources and corporate level executives from all ATA country offices.

• Preparing global budget,
• Analyzing budget vs actual performance,
• Designs and develops interactive dashboards and reports to facilitate proactive business management,
• Identify business trends by sifting through our data while building reporting and dashboards for our internal stakeholders,
• Auditing the operational data, standardizing global data entity process, supporting business units and ensuring control,
• Leading the Management Information Process (MIS),

• Managing the projects which will be created according to the business structure,

• Providing global integration to improve operational and business capabilities,
• Creating reporting and dashboards to communicate business trends, financial, and sales values to the organization,
• Performs database optimization activities to maximize database query performance and system stability,

• Other ad-hoc reports which is asked by management.
