For our growing organization, we are looking for a ‘Budget and Reporting Assistant Manager’.
What are we looking for in Budget and Reporting Assistant Manager ?
- BSc/MSc degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or other business-related field,
- Minimum 7 years of experience in related area,
- Prior experience in the metals or mining industries is a plus,
- Written and oral fluency in English is a must (Russian as a second language is preferred),
- Experience in SAP implementation is an asset,
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills,
- High level of communication, interpersonal and prioritizing skills,
- Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines,
- Hyperion and Qlik Sense knowledge is a plus.
- Big four experience in audit or tax is a plus Job Description:
- Managing and coordinating the annual budget and best estimation process,
- Monitoring actual performances and comparing to budgeted figures,
- Preparing management reports and presentations for relevant business units and departments,
- Preparing production cost analysis to give insights to top management,
- Preparing adhoc reports demanded by the management.
