Sephora has been active in Turkey since 2007, with 40 stores and online in 9 different cities. As Sephora Turkey, we are looking for a “Financial Controlling Executive” with the following skills and qualifications;

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration or related sciences,
  • Auditing experience,
  • 5/6 years of similar experience,
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills,
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office,
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal,
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills,
  • Self-disciplined, analytical and multitasking.

JOB DESCRIPTON

  • Reporting monthly/quarterly/annual financials in line with IFRS and the LVMH Group instructions
  • Executing monthly financial and operational reporting package including P&L and Balance Sheet reports
  • Reporting financial results and business analysis to the directors of the company (sales, margin, commercial action, productivity, profitability by stores, product and by channel and operational KPIs)
  • Managing and monitoring departments' opex and capex compared to budget to ensure financial targets are reached
  • Maintaining integrity of invoicing and purchase orders with Accounting team
  • Executing IFRS16 calculation and follow up in line with company instructions
  • Assisting in the preparation of annual budget, strategic plan and periodic forecasts
  • Preparing and developing reports for operational productivity and efficiency
  • Coordinating with other departments before / after commercial campaigns to make sure best promotion is being implemented and working on different scenario analyses
  • Being the key financial contact for E-commerce business P&L and KPIs
  • Supporting internal control procedures from the financial perspective
