GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
· Graduates from business administration, economics, or related departments of universities,
· Preferably has worked in financial affairs and accounting in the Service Industry,
· Preferably experienced in the shopping mall management sector,
· Has minimum 3-4 years of experience,
· Having a good command of tax legislation, debt law, commercial law, labor law,
· Knowledge and experience in financial accounting, management accounting,
· Interested in rental and retail business.
· Preferably with knowledge of English,
· Ability to use MS Office programs,
· Improved communication skills, prone to teamwork,
· Completed military service for male candidates.
JOB DESCRIPTION
· To analyze the lease agreements and to follow and fulfill all financial requirements,
· Follow up tenant revenues,
· Collection of rent and fee,
· Pre-accounting procedures,
· Reporting (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, 3-month and Annual Profit/Loss, Cash Flow, Balance Status, Budget, etc.)
· Monitoring and execution of financial and financial transactions related to bank accounts, Customer Checks/Notes, Bank Guarantee Letters
