QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant departments (Economics, Business Administration, Finance)
- Good knowledge of Turkish tax legislation and generally accepted accounting principles
- 3-4 years of experience in Accounting and Finance
- SAP Knowledge is a must
- Advanced level of English and/or German
- Advanced coordinating, organizing and communicating skills
- Tolerance to work under stress, self-starter, self-motivator
- High level of empathy and convincing ability
- Follow up changes and updates in tax legislations and IFRS; analysis of their impacts on the company and timely implementation; informing related departments about the changes
- Performing cash allocation of direct sales (Deposits and other collections) in SWT system
- Transfer bookings of DFS loan payments to the customer accounts
- Follow up and control of the receivables accounts daily
- Requesting refund process for open items
- Reconciliation with customer
- Monitoring STS-SWT interface for collection errors
- Performing monthly ICS controls for accounts receivable processes according to the 4 Eyes Principle and Segregation of Duties
- Participating in accounting system and process development projects; preparation of detailed demand for necessary enhancements, developments and reports; performing the analysis
