QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Bachelor’s degree in relevant departments (Economics, Business Administration, Finance)
Good knowledge of Turkish tax legislation and generally accepted accounting principles
3-4 years of experience in Accounting
SAP Knowledge is a must
Advanced level of English and/or German
Advanced coordinating, organizing and communicating skills
Tolerance to work under stress, self-starter, self-motivator
High level of empathy and convincing ability

Follow up changes and updates in tax legislations and IFRS; analysis of their impacts on the company and timely implementation; informing related departments about the changes
Control of published customer documents in STS system according to the General Data Protection Policy
Check the content of requested documents for customer master data creation
Control of the all fields in STS by agent for customer master data creation request
Approval in STS System and creation customer master data in SWT system
Maintain bank information of customers for refund process
Monitoring STS-SWT interface for master data creation errors
Performing monthly ICS controls for customer master data creation and outgoing vehicle sales invoices according to the 4 Eyes Principle and Segregation of Duties
Preparation of vehicle sales invoices to direct customers in SWT system
Control of all fields on invoice layout (Customer & vehicle information, SCT and VAT information)
Sending of issued e-invoice/e-archive invoices to the customers/agents via STS system
Control of all fields of accounting bookings (Customer, revenue and tax line items, etc.)
Follow up of sales return process and execution of related accounting transactions
Monitoring STS-SWT interface for sales order & invoice preparation process errors and pending sales orders
Participating in accounting system and process development projects; preparation of detailed demand for necessary enhancements, developments and reports; performing the analysis
