The leading international travel agency “Meeting Point Turkey” which has operations in 8 different regions in Turkey is looking for an “ Accounts Receivable Specialist " in Antalya Office for its dynamic, success-oriented and highly motivated team.
About the Job
· Invoicing and collection tracking of international tour operators
· Systematic invoicing and realization of the collection process
· Understanding of Contracts, Special Offers and ability to calculate price of the services based on these indicator
· Perform voucher by voucher reconciliation procedures with tour operators.
· Calculation of early booking discounts, and control the data and provide corrections
· Complete the control of daily and weekly margin reports before deadline and provide the internal feedback by the excel reports.
· To be in a communication with colleagues and tour operator while solving discrepancies.
About You
· At least 4 years degree from a reputable university
· 0-2 years of related experience is preferred.
· Preferably experienced at DMC – Incoming agency or hotels
· Sejour; DMC - Incoming Agency Software, knowledge is an asset
· Good command of both written and spoken English
· Good knowledge of MS Office Excel application
· Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
· Self-motivated and eager to learn
· Hardworking and teamwork oriented
· No military service obligation for male candidates.
