MilSOFT is looking for Acquisition Specialist / Assistant Specialist to be based in Ankara. We as MilSOFT, worked really hard to improve our genuine technology and to be the best in our field. Candidates should have following knowledge and experience;
- BSc. Engineering Degree
- Familiarity with RFQ/RFI preparation
- Efficient and Effective Utilization of Time and Resources to Search for Alternative Products/Suppliers in the Market
- Familiar with Purchasing process and services through a bidding process
- Resolve problems on Purchase Orders
- Follows up on Purchase Orders by monitoring delivery dates
- Strong coordination skills with other functional departments
- Negotiation Capability
- Analytical Thinking
- Capable of Working Under Time Pressure
- Strong Sense of Responsibility
- Multi-Tasking
- Familiarity with IT Hardware and COTS Software Development Tools
- Fluent Written and Spoken English
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications
- Capable of Working According to Predefined Multi-Step Processes With Structured Documentation
The following will be evaluated as a plus;
- Acquisition Experience
- Experience in Preparation, Evaluation, Negotiation and Finalization of RfQs, RfPs for Acquisition Preparation Purposes
- General Knowledge on Project Management, Contract Management, Systems Engineering, QA, CM, ILS, Finance, etc.
- Experience in International Trade
- Experience in Defense Sector
- No Military Obligation or Postponed for at Least 2 Years
