QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description:

Ensuring the planning and execution of procurement processes which are carried out in accordance with the relevant procedures and project requirements.


Responsibilities:

• To carry out activities related to the preparation and filing of documents related to all procurement activities,

• Execution and follow-up of the procurement requests on time in accordance with the related standards,

• To ensure the timely supply of the requested items by scheduling the procurement time,

• To conduct price, market and supplier research on current and new products on a regular basis, to update appropriate supplier lists and to record supplier information,

• Checking all incoming purchase invoices, making necessary preparations for acceptance of invoices,

• To receive offers from suppliers, to prepare references and documents regarding the procurement procedures,


Qualifications:

• Bachelor's and / or Master's degree from related departments of universities,

• Having at least 5 years of procurement experience,

• Proficient knowledge of English,

• Preferably experienced in the defense industry and aerospace sectors,

• Having knowledge of MS Office programs,

• Having analytical thinking skills and strong ability to negotiate.
