Your challenges?
- Manage activity industrial and financial performance through daily, weekly, monthly and yearly indicators and tools
- Prepares the elements for the reporting, the budget, the business plan and the forecasts.
- Follows and analyses the actual situation vs forecast and vs budget on the daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Ensure accuracy of management control and costing information in the ERP system of the site
- Ensure reliability of activity gross margin and activity below gross margin expenses during closing process
- Implement, monitor and follow up key internal control processes for BS review and IC2 under supervision of the
Financial Controller.
- Manage internal and external audit process with the audit teams under supervision of the Financial Controller.
- Monitor activity productivity plans (labor, overheads, material).
- Manages the activity of the controlling department so that it can control if the company’s activity is performed by the most efficient and most profitable way and suits the local laws and Group Valeo standards (especially MAF and LSF)
- Must alert immediately the Financial Controller and the Activity Manager in case of any important risk for the company
- Support shared services centers in resolving day to day issues related to plant.
- Contact with Product Lines or Regional Operations, completing the tasks in order to manage correct operation of GPS module.
- Elaborate and report all information related to profitability analysis by product.
Let's talk about you...
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Business Administration, Economics or relevant departments,
- At least 5 years of experience in Finance, Controlling or Financial Audit,
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and reporting tools,
- SAP knowledge
- Strong analytical skills,
