QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Your challenges?
· Supervision of the whole supply chain from suppliers, through internal flow, to customers.
· Manage supply chain activities to support P1/P0 new products and contact to suppliers and customers set up new flows of components & control existing ones.
· Follow & reach Project milestones (pre-serial deliveries, FDPR, ramp-up…)
· Define, validate and qualify Supply Chain master data & Information System.
· Define Supply Chain concepts & make quotations; Define detailed Supply Chain solutions.
· Support supply chain activities to implement and promote the standards (Suppliers Logistics Guidelines, Packaging & Labeling standards, VRO standards, Quality Labeling Good Practices recommendations, Transportation & Logistics Providers Protocols, EDI/Web EDI…)
· Continuously improving and optimizing the packing material designs and logistics transport routings.
· Organizing shipments of finished goods to customers.
· Preparing all documentation required, according to customer's requirements and Valeo internal procedures.
· Anticipating problems in the whole supply chain & taking appropriate corrective action.
· Tracking inventory level, Customer Service Rate & proposing corrective actions to achieve required level.
· Improving existing standards using Kaizen methodology.
Let's talk about you...
- University degree from a well recognized university
- Very good level of English (French would be a plus)
- Good knowledge of computer skills; all office programs,
- Dynamic, team player, good interpersonal skills
- 3-4 years of experience in logistics
- Good command of Windows Applications, SAP would be an asset
