QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for Admin & Quality Specialist and strong team member who will work in Ground Operations SunExpress Headquarters.

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of English Language
  • At least an associate degree
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in civil aviation industry, related field
  • Good knowledge and experience of of MS Office application
  • Good knowledge of Qlick Sense, Netline Ops, IFly Res, Igo OG Suite
  • Full familiarity with Ramp & aircraft operational procedures, manuals,other supplementary publications ofSunExpress.
  • Full familiarity with Passenger servicing procedures, manuals,othersupplementary publications of SunExpress.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexibility and medical compliance with shift work
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple task
  • Optimistic thinking ability, even during critical situations and crisis management ability
  • Having teamwork skills
  • Good reporting skills
  • Good knowledge and experience of Ground Operation processes and analyzing


Tasks

  • Evaluating thecasereportsandsafetyreportsaswellastheotherperformanceevaluation criteria ofthestationsandkeeping/reportingtherelatedstatisticsasmentionedindepartmentprocedures.
  • Preparing risk evaluations for operational matters in coordination withSafetyDepartment.
  • Preparing of department procedures in coordinationwithOG-O.
  • Preparing Ground Operations Manual updates, inaccordance withallapplicable regulations (i.e. Airport HandlingManual,Dangerous GoodsRegulations, etc.) and inconsiderationofthe feedbacks received from concernedunits.
  • Upon instruction and/ or approval of thesenior/superior persons to him/ her, effect visits toexistingground serviceproviders in order tocheckthelevelofcompliancewith thecommitments on the contract and applicableproceduresandreportsatisfied/unsatisfiedpointsasrequired
  • Participating meetings related to area ofwork.
  • Contribute in the handling of irregularities during daily operational matters, mainlyinthe areas covered underhis/herresponsibilityandassignedtitle.
  • Assist the senior/superiorpersonstohim/herinthepreparation ofthebudget of department,
  • Involving in administrative issues (includingbutnotlimitedto general liaisons, liaisons with official entities, otherthird parties)correspondenceinaccordancewith instructions asadvisedby his/ her superiorpost.
  • Assisting OG-O regardingallkindofadministrativesubjects/projectsanddailyadministrativework, asassignedtohim/herby the superiorpost. Organizinginternalmeetings,recordingofmeetings,followingupof(dailyadministrative)agenda etc.
  • Prepare and participate as required to allauditsconductedtoGroundOperationsdepartment,
  • Ground Operation on time performance, baggage handling process analysis
  • COVID related daily reporting,
  • Regular follow up of Weight and Balance process and activities,
  • Ground operation business process analysing and implementation of digital reports and solutions.
