QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for Technical Purchasing and Logistics Officers to join our Technical and Purchasing Logistics Department in our Antalya Headquarter.
Qualifications
- University degree in the related fields of Industrial Engineering, Aviation Management, Business Administration, or other related departments
- Having general knowledge about technical supply chain, logistics and customs processes in aviation industry
- Excellent level of written and spoken English language is must (TOEFL or IELTS certificates would be beneficial)
- Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Having problem solving and planning skills and ability to take operational decisions under high pressure
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and result oriented personality
- Team player with good organizational and planning skills
- Used to work in busy schedule
- Ability to work in shifts
- Living or willing to relocate in Antalya
Job Description
- Handling the material requisitions
- To monitor status of the orders
- To send Request for Quotations (RFQ) to suppliers and add quotes to ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system
- To keep the list of material and service suppliers up-to-date and records of supplier certifications required for approval
- To add and update the procurement data for the whole supply chain processes in Company ERP system
- To evaluate suppliers and enter evaluation results in ERP software for each item in the related orders
- To organize, coordinate and follow up transportation of incoming and outgoing parts with the freight forwarder
