QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for Coordination Center Supervisor (Ground Operations) and strong team member who will work in Antalya Airport

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of English Language,
  • At least an associate degree
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in civil aviation industry, related fields
  • Ability to use computer, e.g. MS Office applications
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexibility and medical compliance with shift work
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
  • Optimistic thinking ability, even during critical situations and crisis management ability,
  • Having teamwork skills
  • Good reporting skills

Tasks

  • Managing the part of the irregularity related to passenger protection, in accordance with procedures with a cost minded mentality and in coordination with SunExpress Dispatch office.
  • Preparing the report concerning the actions he/ she has taken and expected costs.
  • Communicating his/her concerns over any matter of safety and security to superior position and/or concerned units with in the company (Safety Department, Security Department, Compliance Monitoring)
  • Performing duties of Station Supervisor whenever necessary or instructed by superior position.
  • Communication with service providers, tour operators and internal units.(e.g. callcenter)
  • Instructing handling companies to provide welfare services (refreshment, hotel accomodation, etc.) in accordance with applicableregulations
  • Instructing handling companies to organise ground transportation where necessary.
  • During the non-business hours and at weekeends, blocking seats from available flights to rebook passengers in case of international flight cancellations due to unforeseen conditions. (During the business hours this task will be accomplished by FRASUN dispo team upon request of Ground Operations Staff) (Rebooking of Crane and Condor passengers will be accomplished by Call Center upon instruction of GroundOperations)
  • Instructing call center for rebooking of passengers on available flights in case of flight cancellations, delay, diversion, etc of domestic flights due to unforeseenconditions.
  • Instructing the concerned internal unit for rebooking of GDSpassengers.
  • Following up to ensure all instructions given are fuflfilled appropriately by concernedparties.
  • Recording all actions taken properly and in detail to an irregularity file including the information gatheredfromFRASUN dispoteamandCallCenter
