QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for Station Sales Representative (Seasonel) and strong team member who will work for 6 months seasonally between May and October in Antalya Airport.
Requirements:
- Good Knowledge of German Language, English is preferable
- Ability to use computer e.g. MS office applications
- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility and medical compliance with shift work
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Optimistic thinking ability, even during critical situations and crisis management ability
- Having teamwork skills
- Good reporting skills
- Working in 24 h shifts
Tasks:
- Selling, issuing-reissuing tickets at the airport, answering the inquiries related to prices, routes etc.
- Collecting excess luggage revenue and produce solutions for irregular situations in coordination with Station Supervisor ( e.g. overbooks)
- Assisting passengers with their travel needs
- Keeping accurate customer records
- Processing passenger flight reservations and issue tickets
- Providing information over the phone, electronically or in person regarding routes, schedules and fares
- Establishing and keeping good relations with airport authorities
