QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
As Corendon Airlines, we are looking for Turkish/English-speaking colleagues for our Service Center team in Antalya.
Qualifications
- At least one year of experience as a Service Center or Call Center agent
- At least high school diploma
- Very good problem-solving skills and good persuasiveness
- Strong in communication
- Organized and stress-resistant
- Customer-oriented and solution-oriented attitude
- Ideally experience in the tourism industry
- Excellent written and spoken Turkish and English
- Willingness to work in shifts and at the weekend
- Military service completed (for male applicants)
- Resident in Antalya or willing to move to Antalya
Job Description
- Recording and processing of customer inquiries and concerns
- Proactive and customer-oriented development of solutions in the event of complaints
- Active contribution to the sales of flight tickets in response to customer inquiries
