As Corendon Airlines, we are looking for Turkish/English-speaking colleagues for our Service Center team in Antalya.

Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience as a Service Center or Call Center agent
  • At least high school diploma
  • Very good problem-solving skills and good persuasiveness
  • Strong in communication
  • Organized and stress-resistant
  • Customer-oriented and solution-oriented attitude
  • Ideally experience in the tourism industry
  • Excellent written and spoken Turkish and English
  • Willingness to work in shifts and at the weekend
  • Military service completed (for male applicants)
  • Resident in Antalya or willing to move to Antalya

Job Description

  • Recording and processing of customer inquiries and concerns
  • Proactive and customer-oriented development of solutions in the event of complaints
  • Active contribution to the sales of flight tickets in response to customer inquiries
