QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist who will work at the Headquarters of Freebird Airlines.
Tasks:
• Carrying out the labour relations in frames of national/internal legislations, including labor contracts
• Maintenance of personnel files and master data, both physical and electronic
• Publishing job postings, reviewing the applications, organizing and performing interviews
• Managing the HCM software, maintenance of master data
• Generating and executing ideas about HR digitalization, workflows, and internal processes
• Drafting and adjusting internal policies and procedures
• Generating interval business reports
• Collecting and compiling monthly payroll data
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields (Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Labour Economics, and Industrial Relations)
• At least five years of working experience as a Human Resources Specialist, preferable in the aviation sector
• Good command of labour regulations
• Experience on HCM related software
• Excellent command of MS Office applications, particularly Excel
• Excellent level of English; German would be an asset
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ideogenetic approach
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and daily solid follow up skills
• Ability to work with strict confidentiality
• Result oriented, good team player, well-disciplined and well-organized
• No obligation of military service for male candidates
• Living in Antalya or able to relocate to Antalya
