QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for Lost & Found Specialist and strong team member who will work in Ground Operations SunExpress Headquarters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in written and verbal English
• Capable in MS Office applications
• Strong analysis /synthesis capabilities

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular meetings with handling companies in the area of baggage handling and lost & found and go to the stations when necessary

• Arranges deliveryofleft-behindorfoundbaggagetotheownersbyappropriatemeans.

• Performs otherdutiesasassignedbyhis/hersuperiorposition

• Dealing withtheclaimsofpassengersregardinglostand damagedbaggage

• ControllingandapprovinginvoicesrelatedtotheLost & Found matters.

• Handling andreportingbaggageirregularities causedby thehandlingservices rendered bothat base andexternalstations,
