QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
GENEL NİTELİKLER
We are looking for an experienced CORPORATE SOLUTIONS SAP ANALYST and a good team member, who will work in SunExpress Antalya Headquarter.
· Must have at least 4 years of SAP ABAP/Fiori experience or 2 - 5 years experience in one of the SAP treasury / SAP Accounting / Revenue accounting / modules.
· Ability to lead small teams, communicate expectations, set timelines and deliverables. Possess an aptitude to self-manage projects, resources, timelines and budgets as assigned.
· Experience in SAP implementation and upgrades, HANA DB migration
· Team player as well as one who can work independently with little supervision or direction; self-reliant. Proactive and able to make acceptable critical decisions and accomplish established objectives.
· Experience in improving the business process to reduce rework on various office functions and multi-tasking between different projects
· Experience in data gathering and data analysis, process flow design
· Experience in working with developers and other/3rd party business partners in designing and development of new functionality or problem
· Ability to learn new concepts quickly.
· Working experience and understanding of all phases of the application development lifecycle.
· Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter, work independently and achieve stated goals and objectives as required. Thorough follow-up on all business issues is essential.
İŞ TANIMI
· Support ABAP/Fiori implementation improvement efforts or relevant business Module development analysis and customization.
· Manage 3rd party Sap Support contracts & monitoring SLA performances. Handle support tickets (incidents, questions…) and document the resolution in the helpdesk tool.
· Ensure IT standards and methodology are met; manage the application health assessment for the associated area; manage business partner expectations and project scope; appropriately report status; deliver quality results. Manage project plans and deliverables reporting on progress.
· Define and coordinate the related tests, including unit and integration all the way to user acceptance. Assist end-users in completion and proper document for User Acceptance testing (UAT)
· Coordinate and lead of project status meetings and project updates to business steering committees and IT Leadership. Maintain communication between the company and vendors pertaining to external projects. Keep project manager and direct project team updated on project status.
· Collaborate with 3rd party service providers, Basis, and Development team for technical solutions and day-to-day support
· Support various systems that are expected to connect with SAP
· Provide excellent customer service to end-users as a key team member of the company’s Center of Excellence
