We are looking for an experienced System Support Engineer and a good team member, who will work in SunExpress Antalya Headquarter
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related discipline
· At least 3 years of related experience
· ITIL/MCSA/MCSE certification
· Advanced level of experience on IT systems operations, hardware and software
· An equivalent combination of education and experience
· Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems
· Debugging and troubleshooting skills attitude to support and resolve customer problems
· Intermediate understanding of operating systems and networking concepts
· Customer support experience is desired
· Good oral and written communication skills in English
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
· Windows Client OS configuration management, hardening
· Client antivirus / EDR management and monitoring
· DLP management on client systems
· Client policy management with using group policies
· Managing central printing services
· Central management of Windows (SCCM) clients (patch management, application deployment, OS image management)
· Central management of mobile devices and mobile applications (enrollment, full/partial wiping, application white/blacklisting)
· Client OS & application-level request handling and problem management
· Documentation of user device management processes
· Knowledge of managing PRTG or similar monitoring systems
· CMDB – Building dependency tree relations between configuration items and building service trees
· APM (Application Performance Metering) service management
