We are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist and a good team member, who will work at SunExpress Antalya base.
Our requirements for this position;
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields (Business Administration, Economy, Engineering).
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in the HR Department.
- Experience in personnel costs and budgeting processes.
- Having a good level of Knowledge and Experience in salary survey and job grading systems of global consulting firms ( preferably those of Hay Group, Tower Watsons ).
- Knowledge of a well-known Compensation Model methodology is a must.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Excellent knowledge of the SAP HCM module is an advantage.
- Strong technology skills and MS Excel expertise are required.
- Highly numerate, excellent attention to detail, and strong data analysis skills.
- Experience in project-related work, ideally in a team leader capacity.
- Highly effective organization, planning, and time management skills.
Responsibilities;
- Working close with budget & reporting team, prepare annual HR budget and its forecasts.
- Manage salary benchmarking, compensation analysis, the yearly C&B review process.
- Develop and analyze HR metrics prepare reports to the executive team.
- Follow market trends in total rewards.
