Claims and Complaints Specialist İş İlanı

GENEL NİTELİKLER

We are looking for Claims And Complaints Specialist and strong team member who will work in Antalya - SunExpress Headquarters.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Claims & Complaints industry related work
• Technical knowledge as well as excellent knowledge of SunExpress products
• Excellent knowledge of PSS, Netline, CAC softwares
• Excellent command of German written and spoken; native according to country; good command of English written and spoken
• Ability to use computer, e.g. MS Office Applications

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and participating in CAC tender processes.
• Managing and successfully completing new projects given to him/her
• Approving processed responses to customer feedback by the service provider with an eye to ensuring fast processing within the Service Level Agreement
• Ensuring optimum customer service and supporting the service provider in resolving customer's issues and inquiries
• Control of invoices to do with the department in line with contractual agreements
• Supervising quality control of the service providers in line with contractual KPIs
