QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 year-experience in civil aviation
- Preferably formal training of AIR-OPS, PART M, PART 145, AIR CREW, ISO 9001 - Quality System/Auditor, ISO 10002, ISO 14001,ISO 45001 and with such applicable standards (accepted by authority)
- Minimum vocational school of higher education in aviation domains or preferably University degree from aviation, aeronautical and aircraft engineering faculties or industrial engineering
- Excellent command of Turkish language and grammar rules and writing skills
- Good command of English language and grammar rules and writing skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to use computer, e.g. MS Office applications, preferably content management system experience
- Experience on process management and design will be motivation to prefer.
- A business and detail oriented analytical personality with ability to multi-task.
- Being confidential and open-minded
- Organizational and team work ability
- Company wise thinking and handling
Additional Information:
Tasks:
Supporting third party / external audit participation and report preparation (For DGCA and IOSA Audits)
- Performing of audits as authorized auditor
- Evaluation and adoption of national and international regulations into company processes
- Organizing travel, accommodations, and transfer for unit personal and external auditors,
- Control and follow-up “Integrated Quality Systems Training” and Update and retain CM Ops personal Job Descriptions,
- Preparation of scheduled report to DGCA quarterly (Company Info Sheet)
- Control and follow up company procedures, forms, records on DMC
- internal distribution of incoming official correspondence (DGCA, DHMI, TOSHID etc. and writing and delivery of outgoing letters (DGCA, DHMI etc.)
- Checking follow up of monthly tables /reports sent to DGCA
- Check and update SET system monthly result table,
- Support his/her colleagues about process diagrams, risks and KPIs,
- Participate and organize scheduled meetings, unscheduled meetings
