QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Planning Officer to join our Commercial Department in our Antalya Headquarter.
QUALIFICATIONS
- University graduation in Aviation related department
- Minimum 1 year relevant slot/permi related experience in a Commercial Department
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- A proven expertise as a teamworker with excellent interpersonal and relationship building competencies along with strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills
- Male candidates must have no military obligation
- No restriction on travelling within Turkey & abroad
- Willing to relocate in Antalya
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To put the flights that already signed with the charterer or lessee into the schedule
- To put the periodic and seasonal maintenances program received from the technical department
- To change the schedule according to various reasons (time, route, cancellation…etc) and deliver the schedule to all concerned departments
- To be in contact with the related departments (OCC, Engineering, Ground Operation, Crew Planning) before planning the flights
- To inform the Slot & Permit Controller about the planned flights and if necessary change the schedule according to the information coming from Slot & Permit Controller
- To deliver the schedule to internal departments and external parties in case of cancellation, additional flights or any route changes
