QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an experienced Safety Specialist and a good team member, who will work in SunExpress Antalya Headquarter
- More than 3 years of experience in civil aviation,
- Minimum 4 years university degree,
- Good knowledge in English and Turkish (in writing and speaking),
- Ability to use computer, e.g. MS Office applications,
- Being confidential and open-minded,
- Strong discussion skills and analysis /synthesis capabilities,
- High learning capability, quick adaptation to changes,
- Being target oriented, ability to set priorities for effective time management
- Organizational and teamwork ability,
- High responsibility and stress resistance.
İŞ TANIMI
Safety Specialist responsibilities will be;
- Open liaison with all departments, manufacturers and other safety departments, authorities,
- Registering, maintaining and follow-up the safety Occurrences/Reports
- Performing and following up of Safety Assessments, Investigations, Audits and their outputs,
- Monitoring corrective actions and safety trends,
- Conducting SMS Trainings,
- Coordinate, prepare and submit the mandatory reports to pertinent authorities,
- Following up of safety performance indicator (SPI) trends for necessary actions,
- Taking part in operational risk assessments, checking validation of mitigation actions,
- Taking part in revision process of the Manuals, Procedures and relevant documents,
- Follow up of national and international rules and regulations,
- Collecting and preparing material/data for safety publications,
Additional Information:
Preferably experienced in aviation for:
- Safety Management System (SMS)
- Compliance Monitoring and Standardization Management System
