GENEL NİTELİKLER
We are looking for an experienced HR Organizational Development Manager and a good team member, who will work in SunExpress Antalya Headquarter.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Engineering.
• 7+ years of HR experience
• 3+ years of team leading experience
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office Applications
• Excellent command of written and spoken English & Turkish
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office Applications
• Experience in SAP is an advantage
• Experience in the multinational work environment
Tasks:
- Conducting reorganizational works
- Conducting organizational diagnostics and gap analysis; articulates findings to identify strengths, opportunities, gaps, risks, challenges, and potential solutions to deliver organizational effectiveness initiatives and services.
- Researching trends and remains current with organizational developments, techniques, and technologies to support current and changing needs of the organization.
- Contributing research, analysis and ideas to the development of the SunExpress’s HR strategy in order to ensure that organizational development initiatives are appropriately integrated and aligned with strategic and business goals.
- Conducting external research into good practice and new ideas.
- Being responsible for the job evaluation system, advising on job design, job descriptions and the correct grading of jobs with compensation & benefits unit.
- Diagnosing potential organizational problem areas.
- Writing and revising the HR procedures and forms according to requirements.
- Participating and realizing in SAP project and other HR projects.
