GENEL NİTELİKLER

JOB DEFINITION

• Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs,
• Will be responsible for recruitment activities of all OTI Holding affiliate companies,
• Define job descriptions and job posting specifications,
• Implement new sourcing methods,
• Research and choose job advertising options,
• Ensure effective use of candidate channels, creation of a candidate pool by developing alternative channels,
• Conduct job interviews to ensure candidates skills and qualification match the job requirements,
• Conduct the reference check for the selected candidates and the completion of the job offer process,
• Recommend ways to improve our employer brand,
• Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleauges and other partners,
• Update current and design new recruiting procedures ,
• Participate in job fairs and career events,
• Keep track of recruiting metrics ,
• Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations,
• Keep the records of interviewed candidates in the database,
• Report on recruitment processes.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• University Degree in Psychology
• +10 years proven work experience as a Recruiting Manager
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
• Knowledge of labor legislation
• Experience with interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
• Experienced in assessment tools used in recruitment activities
• Assessment Center application experience is preferred
• Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
• Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
• Strong decision-making skills
• Ability to adapt to intensive work pace
• Good at planning, report abilities
• Fluent in both written and spoken English is a must
• Effective usage of MS Office applications
• Candidates residing in Antalya or having no problem about residence
