QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Import/Export Specialist and a good team member who will work at SunExpress Antalya Airport Logistics & Customs Department.
Requirements for this position;
- Bachelor’s degree in the related field (Foreign Trade, Business Administration, International Trade),
- Good command of written and spoken English,
- Minimum 3 years experience in foreign trade, import/export, and customs legislation procedures,
- Electronic declaration open/close, dominating the subjects of working with Customs Directorates,
- Good use of MS Office programs,
- Having strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, problem-solving, organizational, analytical thinking ability and open to innovation and improvement,
- Can adapt to flexible working hours,
- Ability to work under time pressure and with strict deadlines,
- No military obligation for male candidates,
- SAP FI E-Invoice knowledge is an asset.
Import/Export Specialist responsibilities will be;
- Organizing of export and import customs procedures,
- To complete and compliance of the applicable regulations and institutional procedures related to customs services,
- To provide necessary coordination with buyer/seller, transporter, customers, banks, ports, warehouses, customs administrations, customs brokers and supervisory firms,
- Data entry and report preparation,
- To ensure compliance of all import and export operations with foreign trade and customs legislation,
- Follow current Customs regulations, implement and report the necessary procedural changes,
- Preparing e-invoice and approving invoices from SAP.
