GENEL NİTELİKLER
We are looking for Product Owner and strong team member who will
work in Antalya - SunExpress Headquarters.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience with product development, service design or customer journey development from B2C business Fluent in English, written and spoken; German and/or Turkish is advantageous
- Product, Retail or Airline (Cabin Operations) knowledge
- Good knowledge of MS office products, e.g. word, excel, power point etc.
- Ability to manage a product backlog and a service/product life cycle end to end
Responsibilities:
- Creation, follow-up and reporting of measures to improve the CSIandNPS
- Creation, follow-up and and reporting of measures to improve the ancillary revenue per passenger
- Bring in ideas for new products and ensure further development of the product along the service chain with special emphasis on service quality, revenue increase, innovation, and customer satisfaction
- Building and maintaining of internal and external relationships accordingly
- Follow-up and update of department’s documents/procedures
- Responsibility for all product related topics of the ‘On Board Touch Point’
