/ To manage subcontractors in the administration function of Çerkezköy site
/ To conduct improvement projects to control administrative operations and increase employee satisfaction
/ To manage collective agreement requirements in terms of distributions
/To manage administrative services investment and expense budget
/ Developing, reviewing, and management of employee shuttles, catering services, cleaning team, social activities and providing improvement in line with employee expectations
Your Profile
/ Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
/ Fluent English knowledge is a must
/ Leading team experience (min. 3 years)
/ Excellent communication and cooperation skills
/ Live/Willing to live in or close to Çerkezköy
