We are looking for a "ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBLE" to join our workforce for Çerkezköy Factory.
University degree in related field,
Have a good command of both written and spoken English,
Advanced MS Office application knowledge (especially Excel and Word),
Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills,
Have a driver license.
No military obligation for male candidates,
Should reside in Çerkezköy, Kapaklı, Saray or Çorlu.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Follow up transactions with government agencies,
Follow up the general insurance transactions,
Follow up maintenance and repair of company cars,
Follow up the transactions related to GSM operators that the company receives service,
Follow up the company houses' transactions,
Organization of staff service and dining hall,
Assignment and follow-up of blue-collar personnel of the administrative affairs department,
Supply of stationery needs,
Follow up the needs of the company personnel working clothes needs and distribute clothes,
Perform the duties given by top management,
Reporting to top management.
