    • Graduated from university,
    • Advanced level of English and Turkish both writing and speaking,
    • Open to travel,
    • Living in Eskişehir or willing to relocate.

About the job

  • Positions in this sub job family are responsible for providing administrative services to the organization and supporting activities of other departments (e.g., finance, human resources, operation) in locations with few employees including;
  • Activities include producing documents, collecting, recording, sorting and filing information, handling mail, preparing routine reports, making travel arrangements, managing agency like travel, transport, arranging appointments, responding to inquiries, data entry, operating office equipment and support to other departments administrative activities,
  • Managing projects/processes, working independently with limited supervision,
  • Coaching and reviewing the work of lower-level professionals,
  • Renewal, follow-up and storage of relevant legal documents and contracts,
  • Planning, Coordinating and implementing furniture, equipment, office and factory layout and moves,
