- Advanced level of English and Turkish both writing and speaking,
- Open to travel
- Living in Eskişehir or willing to relocate,
- This position will be contracted for 1 year.
About the job
Positions in this sub job family are responsible for managing efficient and economical movement of goods (e.g., materials, products, equipment) across international borders in accordance with organizational policies and in compliance with relevant local, country and international customs laws and processes.
Activities include:
Managing and planning import process, customs documentation, shipping, and receiving of foreign merchandise to ensure correct arrival time,
- Ensuring compliance with the home and foreign country government laws and customs regulations,
- Establishing metrics and monitoring departmental efficiency,
- Keeping up-to-date with changes to policies and procedures,
- Communicating with other departments within or external to functional area for training or knowledge sharing purposes,
- Orders entering and updating into relevant system,
- Certificate of origins and invoices issue.
