QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering and/or Economics, Business Administration
  • Evaluation and reporting of various business processes
  • Excellent communication in a multinational environment with customers and colleagues
  • Knowledge on SAP
  • Excellent command of MS Office
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • No travel restrictions
  • Ability to represent

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating the request for quotations (parts manufacturing, services, R&D projects, indigenous products) sent by domestic/international customers; performing preliminary controls and contacting customers for clarification and corrections if necessary.
  • Negotiating price with domestic/international customers
  • Coordinating finalization of contract requirements and creating necessary documentation
  • Following up and coordinating the processes until the contract is signed
  • Contacting domestic/international customers frequently in order to ensure customer satisfaction; B2B Account Management
  • Performing pre-evaluation of part drawings received from customers for new business opportunities in terms of company’s manufacturing and quality capabilities; establishing coordination with technical teams
  • Being a focal point for projects and coordinating with all related departments within the company regarding work scope
  • Performing and reporting risks assessment and evaluating opportunities
  • In the scope of department targets and company policies, observing and evaluating effectiveness of services provided to customers in order to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Evaluating and handling customer complaints
  • Representing the company per the given authorization defined in company regulations
  • Preparing Contracts and Terms & Conditions, negotiating them with the customer and supporting the mutual approval process

Job Description:

Evaluation of Request for Quotations/Proposals received from domestic/international customers by establishing close cooperation with the related departments within the company in terms of pricing, delivery and timing; execution of quote studies and submission of quotes to the customers.
