Job description:

  • Personnel and contract management,
  • Managing GSM and fixed lines,
  • Facility, fleet, inventory and archive management,
  • Communication and document management,
  • Managing cleaning, security and catering processes,
  • Monitoring and management of budget processes,
  • Managing maintenance and repair processes,
  • Management of subcontractor processes and field inspection,
  • Managing relations with official institutions and stakeholders.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree,
  • Preferably 5+ years of management experience in Administrative Affairs positions,
  • Good command of English,
  • Prone to teamwork, result-oriented and have problem-solving skills,
  • Preferably with Intelligent Building Management experience,
  • Proficient in MS Office programs,
  • Open to self-development and learning,
  • Being able to drive actively and without travel restrictions,
  • Strong human relations and communication,
  • Able to adapt to flexible working hours and intense working tempo when necessary,
  • Completed military service for male candidates,
  • Residing or being able to reside in the province of Ankara,
  • Able to support administrative processes and reporting.
