As SSA, we are seeking to find a real time leader for our Aegean Region Sales Team!

Our Expectations;


· Bachelor’s degree is a must, Master’s degree is a plus

· Fluency in English both as written and verbal

· Having at least 7 years of field sales experience

· Outstanding communication and persuasive skills,

· Ability to build long-term relationships with the customers

· Having excellent management and coaching skills

· Proven track record of engaging people and developing effective teams

· Advanced level reporting experience

· High planning and organizational skills

· Being self-motivated, positive and open minded

· Having customer focused point of view

· Excellent command of MS Office applications ,CRM experience is a plus

· Having type B driving license and no travel restrictions


Our future team member will have the responsibilities below;


· Realize the sales targets in his/her region that determined through company targets and budget.

· Make regular competition analysis, follow up market trends and search for new target markets.

· Follow the news in the market and develop new strategies.

· Establish an efficient communication with the existing/potential customers, plan and implement relevant sales activities in order to improve our customer portfolio.

· Establish a great communication with the team.

· Train, motivate and lead them to achieve goals together.

· Work in order to develop the customer satisfaction and the service quality.

· Be passionate about developing the existing and always coming up with brand new ideas.

· Represent SSA in front of private corporations and the governmental agencies.

· Give support to build up the performance and career management systems in her/his region.
