We are looking for a Export After Sales Engineer to be assigned in Istanbul, Levent Headquarters of our Teka Teknik Kitchen Appliances Industry and Trade company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering,
- Master’s Degree is a plus,
- Excellent command of written and verbal English,
- Having minimum 3 years of experience in related area,
- Preferably experienced or junior (experienced candidates in related area will be prioritized)
- Active user of Microsoft Office programs, especially SAP knowledge,
- Following and adopting the export market trends and new Technologies,
- A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
- Result orientation with problem solving and analytical approach,
- Strong communication, representation, persuasion and sales skills,
- No military obligation for male candidates.
Job Descriptions
- Organizing and administrating all required activities to provide the after-sales services of all product groups & all business models; considering cost, customer satisfaction and fulfillment of the applicable law/regulations of each country,
- Preparing/negotiating commercial and quality agreements to be signed with service providers, customers, licencors and manufacturers,
- Regular reporting of cost and KPIs,
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by handling customer inquiries related with after sales services,
- Responsible for Export markets,
- Managing and executing process improvements with continuous controls,
- Identifying problems in Customer Care processes,
- Improving processes in durable goods business,
- Standardizing processes in Customer Care,
- Collecting process performance data, generating performance parameters and comparing with targets.
