After Sales Engineer (Thermo King)
Thermo King pioneered transport temperature control in 1938 and has been world leader ever since. Today our solutions include temperature control systems for vans, trucks, trailers, railway trucks, air, sea-going and intermodal containers.
Our solutions enhance the quality of life by protecting and caring for the products that matter to people everywhere. Thermoking joined Doğuş Otomotiv roster in 2008.
We are currently looking for an After Sales Engineer to join our Thermo King team!
The candidates should have the following qualifications:
• Graduated from Engineering departments ( Mechanical Engineering or Marine Engineering departments would be an asset)
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Excellent usage of MS Office tools
• Strong technical, problem solving and communication skills
• Willingness for regular travel
Main Responsibilities:
• Designing tailor made solutions for customers
• Continuously drive the improvement of customer satisfaction by understanding, communicating and executing solutions to their needs
• Supporting the team to coordinate the sales and the technical customer processes
• Parts planning and stock controlling
• Responding to the requests of the authorized services regarding the technical problems
• Take part in business development projects and ensure coordination with other departments
