Job Description:
- Defines and conserves Renault's knowledge on After Sales Regulations Worldwide, in relation with Corporate or Regional regulation correspondent.
- Manages the ASBU Regulatory Pilots on collecting the Regulations, National Laws, National Decrees of his/her geographical area in relation with any of after-sales products and services already marketed or which would be planned to be marketed, or any rules to be fulfilled regarding the service of vehicles of Renault Group brands
- Contributes through the management of ASBU Regulatory Pilots on the check and monitoring of the compliance of After Sales operations to local regulatory requirements
- Assists the Corporate Regulations Expert on the management of regulatory tools made available to all stakeholders.
- Contributes to the management and organization of the After-Sales Engineering meetings necessary for the animation of the ASBU International Regulatory network
- Represents Renault in the decision-making organization for all regulations (World or European) and federates concerned countries by the regulations.
- Participates in regulatory analyzes of EPR (Extended Producers Responsibility) obligations and legal/economic risks assessment of these obligations
- Defines possible economical solutions to satisfy these regulatory obligations within end of life vehicles, batteries, and other end of life products.
- Ensures contracts with partners, invoice validation and network coordination
- Participates in recycling working groups in Renault/Inter-brands/International (ACEA, CCFA)
Requirements Needed:
- Bachelor degree in engineering fields
- Minimum 2 year experience in automotive regulations & recycling fields
- Ability to analyze the technical and economic environmental issues of regulations and to define organizational plans responding to them
- Ability or background in negotiations with government entities (including European) is a plus
- Ability to manage and coordinate global environment correspondents and ensure the subjects are taken into account by them.
- Ability to work with distant interlocutors.
- Advanced French and English
