QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- At least Associate Degree with a major in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field (Bachelor Degree is preferred),
- At least 2 years Air Freight operation experience,
- Excellent command of English,
- Good knowledge of MS office applications
- Innovative, proactive and problem solving attitude,
- Team player,
- Residence of Istanbul-European side is preferred,
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Organize following steps for Air Export Operations;
Organizing domestic transportation
Sending Pre-alerts to related parties
Sharing clearance information with related parties
Coordinating acceptance of goods to Bonded Facility/ Airport
Manage Airline bookings
System Key entry and fulfilling AWB/MAWB
Shipment follow up from end to end
Invoicing and controlling expenses of the operation files
- Create good relationship with the customers and understand their needs to find unique solutions.
- Daily data entry of the shipments and prepare customer base reports.
- Being in close contact with airlines, destination offices and 3rd party vendors.
