Airport Team Leader – Antalya
Description:
We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Jet2holidays Team as an Airport Team Leader for Summer 22.
Reporting into the Destination Manager, the Airport Team Leader will be responsible for the delivery of an efficient digitally planned transfer operation, along with leading, motivating and coaching a team of Airport based Customer Helpers to deliver VIP customer service at all times.
You will plan your team's rosters so that they are on hand to greet our customers on arrival to ensure their efficient transfer to resort and welcoming them back at the airport at the end of their holiday.
Providing continuous team training and support, you will be the team's first point of contact for advice, as well as working with our transfer agents and colleagues to help deliver feedback to improve service delivery. Representing our Jet2holidays' values at all times is also essential to the success of this role.

Profile
Already living close to Antalya Airport or Side, or willing to relocate, you'll know the location inside out and ideally speak the local language confidently, as well as being fluent in English.
To be successful in this role you will have previous Team Leader or supervisory experience, ideally gained within an Airline or Tour Operator.
