GENEL NİTELİKLER

Qualifications:

· Graduated from Chemical Engineering department of universities

· 0-5 years of previous experience is required

· Advanced level of English

· Excellent command of Microsoft Office Programs

· No travel restrictions

· For male candidates military service should be completed

· Class B driver's license

· Occupational Health and Safety (HSE) certification is an asset

Job Description:

· Ensure that the production is done according to Company standards and legal requirements with required quality, quantity, time, cost and HSE

· Management and organization of all employees’ shifts in the factory

· Working in coordination with Sales Department for daily/weekly production planning

· Ensuring that the products are being manufactured according to instructions

· Understanding customer complaints and problem-solving

· Keeping records of production and shipment, maintaining organisation of the production and shipment archive, ensuring accurate product labeling

· Supervising production and shipment workers to ensure completion their duties and responsibilites and allocating job orders without any delay in production and shipment

· Reporting issues regarding production to the Production Team Leader and making sure that they're appropriately handled in a timely manner

· Following facility and equipment-related maintenances and calibrations

· Providing the production workers with necessary trainings, assuring their continuity, and making sure it fits the necessary requirements

· Educating and informing the staff in order to minimize errors
