R&D Specialist İş İlanı

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

· Bachelor or master degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry,

· Interested in gaining experience with R&D environment, on technology/product development projects,

· Good command of both oral and written English,

· Good communication and interpersonal skill,

· Open to learn project management skills,

· Should be a proficient user of MSOffice and effective at working as part of a team and meeting deadlines,

· Be fully aware of your specific quality assurance responsibilities,

· Understand and help implement the company values and objectives,

· Undertake additional activities as required, within the scope of the role.

· Able to work as a contractor for nine months.

· Supporting R&D Projects in his/her category (both new products and existing products),

· Work safely, following lab procedures and ensuring high safety standards,

· Lead assigned projects with focus on execution and delivery,

· Conduct the lab testing, performance and application of products,

· Analyse, interpret and communicate results to respective team members/ stakeholders,

· Make detailed analysis of competitor products’ features, technologic developments of market and literature survey of raw materials, to be used as an input of new product design projects,

· Validating tools for product performance testing,

· Communication with scientific networks and suppliers,

· Participation in research & development projects core teams as R&D representative.
