GENEL NİTELİKLER
We’re looking for highly qualified, talented and motivated R&D Engineers to join our growing R&D team in Istanbul.
- MSc Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Polymers from reputable universities. Phd will be considered as an asset,
- Min. 3 years of experience in R&D departments especially on water based adhesive system (Polyvinyl acetate emulsion homopolymer knowledge will be considered as an asset),
- Experience in adhesive synthesis, characterization and application testing,
- Excellent communicat ion, presentation and planning skills,
- Self-disciplined, self-motivated and confident personality to contribute to the success and harmony of the team,
- Pro-active; self-driven for creating new projects and/or improving existing conditions and processes,
- Fluent speaking and writing skills in English,
- Strong knowledge of MS-Office programs,
- Driving Licence: Class B,
- Residence in Anatolian side,
- No-military obligation for male candidates,
- Must be conscientious with high cognitive ability and possess initiative, responsibility, leadership potential and a strong work ethic.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Contribute to a culture of innovation by proactively generating novel concepts for new products and enhancements to current product performance,
- Drive R&D an product development efforts for structural adhesive products,
- Understand customer needs through literature review, customer interviews, direct observation, and competitive analysis,
- Support evaluation and assessment of new products, intellectual property, processes and industry trends that can or have the potential to impact our business strategies,
- Develop realistic and actionable project plans,
- Design and implement plans to research, synthesize, characterize and test new products and materials,
- Support current projects in terms of quality, manufacturing, supply continuity and cost improvement,
- Write detailed technical reports based on design verification analysis/testing for design changes and product design activities,
- Translate customer needs into engineering requirements into specific product, packaging and process specifications,
- Integrate product systems and subsystems to meet business objectives by addressing customer needs and product requirements under defined cost targets,
- Creating collaboration occasions with universities, technology development centers and research institutes,
- Write & follow project files to apply local or internal funds.
