We are searching for dynamic members for our rapidly growing organization for our company; (Kocaeli, Çayırova R&D Center)
The successful candidate should have the following experience and skills;
- BS/MS degree (preferably) in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials & Metallurgical Engineering, Polymer Engineering
- Advance level in written and spoken English,
- Minimum 3 years of experience (>3 years for senior) in R&D departments or experience in plastic processing like twin screw extrusion and injection molding (compounding experience is most preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
- Advanced computer skills and knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Powerpoint),
- Self motivation and willingness to work in various research - development areas,
- Preferably living or willing to live in the Anatolian side of İstanbul or Gebze.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Understanding and evaluating the specifications for plastic materials related applications
- Developing plastic material formulations in accordance with the compelling raw material specifications compiled from target sectors,
- Execution of long-term and comprehensive projects,
- Systematic use of versatile engineering tools, problem solving or material / production process development,
- Triggering and executing national / international comprehensive and large-scale projects in which customer technical units will also be involved
- Preparation, follow-up and review of R&D strategy plans in line with company goals
- Technology follow-up to develop new business areas, organization of technology radar studies, planning and conducting sector-based competitor analysis, feasibility studies
