QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

- University or associate degree ,
- Preferably 2 years of systems/user support experience in helpdesk, multiuser environments and 1 year of Systems Administration experience in multi-server environment,
- Very good command of English in reading and writing,
- Should have strong communication skills, good helpdesk knowledge, network knowledge, Windows knowledge, basic management skills for Cisco phones,
- Able to work for extended hours in a hardworking environment,
Will be responsible for activities delegated by the company Network and Systems Administrator such as
- All levels of helpdesk service to end users.
- Windows client management
- Systems Administration for Windows O/S environments,
- Systems and Network Management for Windows Networking,
- Basic Security know-how,
- Basic Network know-how,
- Reporting and Documenting all the activities and practices
