We are looking for Analytical Consultant for our Financial Services Advisory team.
Job Description
- Take an active role mainly in credit risk, market risk, insurance analytics, valuation projects and support a variety consulting teams in the financial services sector,
- Participate in or lead engagements of our Financial Services practice for our banking and insurance clients in the implementation area and development/deployment of risk/insurance analytics solutions,
- Solving problems, disaggregate issues, develop hypotheses, and develop actionable recommendations from analysis,
- Prioritizes multiple tasks appropriately by using effective time management skills,
- You will have the opportunity to develop analytical models using Python and/or R.
- Depending on your knowledge, you serve as a member of our team of talented individuals, or you will organize the workload in various projects while coaching more junior staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university (preferably in Industrial engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, .etc.)
- A maximum of 2 years of relevant analytical experience with the risk/insurance analytics domain.
- Hands-on experience with scientific computing languages and frameworks such as Python (numpy, pandas, scipy, etc.) and R (tidyverse, caret, ggplot2, data.table, etc.).
- Excellent command of English,
- Strong team-working skills,
- Strong written and verbal communication skills,
- Strong analytical and process analysis skills,
- Demonstrates commitment to continuous improvement in the delivery of quality services to clients, providing value add solutions to client’s problems
