We are seeking for high potential candidates to be evaluated in our Human Resources Team with the following qualifications;
- Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or other business related field and/or equivalent professional qualification
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret Human Resources data
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Advanced level of MS Excel
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Passionate about digging into the numbers while having the ability to see the big picture,
- Taking an active role in budgeting process
- Performing ad-hoc reports as needed
- Developing and implementing new reporting requirements
- Redesign templates for budgeting process and people analytics reports
- Ensuring effective communication with other departments for collection of accurate and timely information to be used in reporting
- Building own understanding of our purpose and values; explores opportunities for impact
- Understanding how their daily work contributes to the priorities of the team and the business
- Actively focuses on developing effective communication and relationship-building skills
