QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master degree
  • Preferably 1 year of recruitment experience (white collar)
  • Good level of English
  • Good level of MS Office applications
  • Strong reporting and analyzing skills
  • Having good planning, prioritizing and organizing skills
  • Having strong communication skills and being a good team player
  • Have a proven hands-on attitude, be flexible and adaptable
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Having experience in reputable headhunting companies is a plus



Job Description:

  • Running entire white collar recruitment process and new projects
  • Developing talent pool and social engagements via employer branding
  • Development of recruitment process and supporting development of recruitment tools
  • Perform of the Assessment Center Process
  • Supporting internal development process considering expectations
  • Preparing competency based interview process
  • Arranging recruitment requests in accordance with headcount plan, clarifying position expectation with departments
  • Completing assessment center and reference questionnaire steps for possible candidates
  • Performing internal recruitment, promotion and rotation according to procedures
  • Performing proposal phase
  • Coordinating with recruitment consultancy companies
  • Supporting inventory analysis
