How would you like to take a long journey with us in the Talent Acquisition department for TELUS International, a global Customer Service Management Company?

Now we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who has the following criteria and will add strength to our team in İstanbul;

Responsibilities:

  • Passionate about understanding how to attract and involve talent
  • Excellent communicator, able to interact reliably with people over the phone and face-to-face
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the criteria and develop new strategies for each open position
  • Scan candidates for eligibility, relevance, language, salary range needs, etc.
  • Tactically seek out top talent and stay up to date on current business news and sourcing strategies
  • Find creative ways to grab the attention of candidates in the first-reach phase and find, excite and engage passive candidates
  • Manage high volume demands

Skills and Experience required:

  • Proficiency in English; both written & verbal;
  • Desire for a career in recruitment field;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications;
  • Ability to work in a multi-tasked, fast-paced and global environment;
  • Pays attention to details and analytical;
  • In-depth knowledge of creative sourcing strategies and tools to engage and excite passive candidates
  • Ability to use Kariyer.net, LinkedIn and alternative career portals and tools
